Sponsorship for hosting foreign visiting scientists in a QuantAlps' member laboratory.
QuantAlps offers financial support to host foreign researchers for short visits in 2026, with the aim of fostering new or ongoing scientific collaborations, within our community's research themes.
This funding is intended to support collaborative research activities and the development of joint research projects between the visiting scientist and their host laboratory.
Please note: Visits that are primarily for participation in an event (e.g., conference, school, or workshop) or where the scientist is only invited as a speaker are not eligible for this funding.
In addition, a separate grant may be awarded to support the organization of a scientific event during the visit (e.g., workshop, seminar, or course) that is open to the QuantAlps community. Any additional or exceeding costs must be covered by the host laboratory.

the management and evaluation of applications for QuantAlps PhD mobility sponsorships. Please note that you can withdraw your consent any time.
The recipients of the data are:
the QuantAlps coordination team and the internal selection committee.
The retention period of the information is limited to
5 years after the end of the funded mobility. The data will then be
archived or destroyed in accordance with UGA's data retention policies.
