An ecosystem for quantum sciences & technologies 

The project aims at identifying the social, economic, ethical, and political issues raised by the emergence of quantum technologies, as well as issues related to sovereignty and regulation. The disciplines involved include sociology, the philosophy of science and technology, ethics, law, economics, management, and political science. The approach we will develop will not only allow us to observe and describe the reality of emerging quantum technologies, but also to construct concepts useful for assessing their value in terms of societal progress.
