Event Organisation

Sponsorship for the organization of schools, workshops, and conferences.

Eligibility:

  • All QuantAlps member laboratories are eligible to apply.
  • The theme of the event must be in line with QuantAlps' research axes or federative projects.
  • At least one of the event organizer must be affiliated to one of the QuantAlps laboratories.
  • Priority will be given to the funding of events with speakers and participants from QuantAlps laboratories.
  • The project must describe the impact of the event on QuantAlps ecosystem.

Amount: Up to € 3,000 for each event. The requested amount must be justified in the application.
 

Application period:

The application platform will be open from December 16th, 2024 to January 31st, 2025.

How to apply:

Use the application form below to submit your requests.
Period of the event: This wave finances all events that are to be held during the year 2025.

Results: The applicants will be informed by mail of the results three weeks after the end of call.

Other remarks:

  • You will not receive a confirmation of your submission, if you wish to receive the summary of your application, email QuantAlps Contact.
  • Please make sure that the timeline of the response to this call corresponds to the dates of your event, otherwise your application risks to be disregarded.

Reception of the funds

Upon the reception of the attribution letter, the event organizers must inform QuantAlps of the month in which they wish the transfer of the funds to be made.
The event organizers are also committed to:

  • Send the relevant information to advertise the event on QuantAlps newsletter and website at latest 15 days prior to the event (registration)
  • Add QuantAlps logo to all communications of their event
  • Send a report a month after the end of the end date of the event to QuantAlps
